Cocktail Bar Attendant

Loft Byron Bay is looking for hard working and enthusiastic, true hospitality professionals to work within our Bar team! You must have a demonstrated passion for all things hospitality and come equipped with a high level of customer service and professionalism. Cocktail experience is highly regarded, however not necessary.

Ideally located on Jonson Street with stunning beach views, Loft Byron Bay is an iconic Cocktail bar restaurant.  We are seeking some key new team members to join our creative and fun bar team – now is definitely the time to get on board!

The ideal Loft Byron Bay employee will have:

  • Extensive hospitality experience
  • Cocktail making experience
  • Food & Beverage product knowledge
  • Great customer service skills
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic nature
  • The determination to work hard
  • The ability to work under pressure in a high volume cocktail bar
  • A good understanding of the meaning of ‘teamwork’

The ideal Loft Byron Bay employee will have:

  • A drive to hit sales targets and receive incentives
  • Great customer service skills
  • Hospitality experience
  • Food & beverage product knowledge
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic nature
  • The determination to work hard
  • The ability to work under pressure across both the Bar and Floor departments
  • A good understanding of the meaning of ‘teamwork’

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for cocktails, beer, wine, food!
  • Unwavering desire for delivering an exceptional and professional experience for every guest.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with the team as well as to lead by example and inspire.
  • Must have availability 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must hold a current RSA
