Friends of Loft cards and offers are subject to the ‘Friends of Loft’ current terms & conditions. Use of Friends of Loft card constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. OVERVIEW
1.1. Loft Byron Bay locals’ loyalty Program, ‘Friends of Loft’ is designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty and repeat business.
1.2. Participation in the Program is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Friends of Loft is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
2.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information at time of signup.

3. MEMBERSHIP
3.2. Friends of Loft members are responsible for keeping their information, including contact details, up to date.
3.3. Friends of Loft cards are for use by allocated member only.
3.4. Friends of Loft cards remain property of Loft Byron Bay. Replacement cards incur $5 fee.

4. REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS/OFFERS
4.1. Welcome Vouchers & Birthday Vouchers may be redeemed within the venue by the Friends of Loft member only, and in accordance with the expiration date noted.
4.2. Friends of Loft offers are not valid for groups of 15 or more.
4.3. Vouchers valid for one use only (non-transferrable).
4.4. No split bills.

5. EXPIRATION OF VOUCHERS/OFFERS
5.1. Vouchers have an expiration date as determined by Loft Byron Bay
5.2. Loft Byron Bay reserves the right to adjust or eliminate Friends of Loft offers at any
time.

6. PROGRAM CHANGES AND TERMINATION
6.1. Loft Byron Bay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Friends of Loft at any time without notice.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE
7.1. Loft Byron Bay will collect and use member information in accordance with its privacy policy.
7.2. Members may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
